Twisted Weave Bag
These specialised twisted weave polypropylene bags are only made by a select few suppliers. The material is twisted as it is woven, which is where the name comes from. This twist in the weave means that the bag has a non-slip property to it. It is primarily used by the "World Food Program" because this bag makes it easier to stack the bags and makes transportation easier since the filled bags don't slip and slide as easily as a normal woven polypropylene bag. Valve Cement Bag
These poly bags can only be made by a few suppliers. They are filled from a spout at the top of the bag as shown, and seal automatically when the filling tube is removed. They can be packed more easily because of the unique fold at the top and the bottom of the bag that make them more cube in shape. These valve bags are available with a pillow or block bottom.
Military Sand Bag
These woven polypropylene bags are usually brown in colour, but can be made to any colour as long as the volumes are sufficient. With a 2 x 30cm draw cord to facilitate closing of the bag. We have them made to your exact specifications. Order your military sand bags, just give us a call.
Plain
These bags have no print and are white in colour. The best value for money. Come in strengths of 60, 65 and 70 gsm. The larger sizes are also available in 90 gsm.
Printed
Have your logo, details and nutritional table printed on your bags. Any colour you might want is available. We can have your bags made with a 4 colour print.
Single Weave
Have the bag made in the colour of your choice, using only one of the weaves for the colour, with or without print.
Both Weaves
You can also have the bag made in the colour of your choice using both weaves, like the sand bag. More expensive, but a much more vivid display of colour.
Clear
Get a clear WPP bag if you wish to display your product without opening the bag. These poly bags can also be printed.
Laminated
To provide that extra seal for very fine material. They are available in both glossy and matt finish, and made to customer specifications.
B.O.P.P.
Get the best possible printing quality with these amazing B.O.P.P. bags.
Gusset
If you want to be able to pack your product more easily, these are the woven PP bags you are looking for. Since the bags are more square shaped than a normal polypropylene bag .
Handled
To make it easier to carry your bags. They are either sewn on or punched in. Handles are available for the 5kg, 10kg and 12.5kg WPP bags only.
2nd Hand
This is the best way to store your product around the warehouse before transportation to another facility. Available on request in 25kg, 50kg and 60kg sizes. Other sizes might be made available on request.
Hessian
Not recomended as they are very difficult to locate and very expensive. ie: About R12.00 per bag.Bulk Bags - "1/2 Ton to 1.5 Ton"
The following woven polypropylene bags are designed for real heavy lifting projects. For example; sugar, iron ore shavings, sorghum, recyclable matter, saw dust, waste, metal couplings, coal, copper concentrate, mielies, grain, chop, etc.
Duffel Top
A duffel top allows you to cover the bags contents to keep out most external elements by tieing it closed with a draw string or cable tie.
Open Top
Don't have any cover put in if you will be storing the bags in a place where they will stay dry and clean, or if the contents is allowed to get wet.
Flap Top
If you just want to cover up the contents. Provides less protection than the duffel top.
Top/Bottom Spout
Tie the top spout to your dispensing nozzle to prevent wastage. Use the bottom spout to easily empty out the bags contents. You can tie the spouts close while transporting you product.
